Mr. Gutman have extensive experience representing clients buyers, sellers and owners of real estate matters including representation in connection with the purchase and sale of residential and at residential properties, filing and defense eviction actions, representation in litigation real estate disputes to determine rights of owners and partners, organizing legal entities to hold real estate and other business property.
Mr. Gutman is a very experienced trial attorney and has tried hundreds of cases, including one case through 56 trial days. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Gutman has an L.L.M. in Tax. He has been in private practice for approximately 20 years.

Mr. Tootelian is an attorney, CPA and Illinois Licensed Public Accountant who has served both public and private companies as an attorney, as well as a CPA. He devotes approximately half of his time to civil litigation and the remainder to non-litigation matters. He has represented clients in Illinois state and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice law in Georgia to serve clients in Atlanta and Savannah. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Tootelian was employed as a corporate controller. He has been in private practice, as an attorney for 20 years.

Staci Rhoads has been practicing law for 16 years complimented by her experience across many aspects in real estate law for over 20 years. She has a vast background in all matters of real estate including work at a high-volume boutique law firm, general counsel for a commercial real estate property/lending institution company, and one of the largest and highest volumes producing real estate firms in the state. She has successful experience coaching both consumer and corporate clients on real estate and finance opportunities from contract inception to close. She differentiates herself by bringing post-sale support as needed to clients to ensure total satisfaction.
Staci moved to the private sector 6 years ago to successfully build and running her own practice. This has given her the ability to expand her practice to include estate planning, wills, and trusts so she can serve her clients in a complementary fashion. She truly loves her practice as any colleague, friend or client will attest. She is a true advocate for her clients and passionate about resolving every detail of their legal matters, whether it is Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, or Estate Planning. Clients will find this reflected in every interaction. She takes the concerns of every client personally and will be the best advocate to fight for and protect each clients’ individual concerns.
Outside of her practice, Staci is an outstanding champion in her community. She donates her time to the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services as a Guardian ad Litem for minors. She also volunteers with various not-for-profits such as PAWS Chicago, Treehouse Humane Society, a variety of Veteran causes, and Chicago Area Runners Association to name a few. She also continues to be active in supporting causes in conjunction with the philanthropic organization of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International Alumni Chapter, where she has held various officer positions since law school.
Staci was recently awarded Top Ten (10) Best Real Estate Lawyers in Illinois, by the American Legal Institute, a peer-nominated honor.
